Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:45pm
Job Summary: The Program Coordinator is responsible for the overall daily administration of one or more programs. Serves as a liaison between program and other departments or community.
Additional Department Summary: The Program Coordinator - Community Education supports the development and coordination of community education programs, supports program evaluation, and provides technical assistance to both internal and external community partners.
Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience working with k-12 students, teachers, administrators, families, and community stakeholders.
Skills and Knowledge: Should be familiar with and have the capacity for effectively working with k-12 students, teachers, administrators, families, and community partners.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree and some experience in k-12 classrooms or environments including summer camps, after-school programs as well as counseling related to college readiness.
